If you are tired of using the classic hand strap, opt for this ergonomic handle that makes it easier to put on and take off. 
In the event of a fall, the hand does not get stuck as it would in a standard hand strap (8% of cases of thumb twisting trauma).

Experience

To determine the correct size, bend over slightly while wearing your ski boots. Then hold your poles upside down with your hand under the basket so that your forearm forms a 90° angle.
