70 cm Lockable Pull-Up Bar

I bought this on the recommendation of my physiotherapist. It is for stretching my spine as I suffer from scoliosis so I mainly just hang from it

Feels much more solid once screws are used, otherwise may slip if architraves are painted using high gloss or oil based paint

all my interior door frames are steel and flush with concrete walls so I bought this to use the screwless tension option(rated for 100kg). It took no time to extend and twist-tension to framewidth. so screwless it is firmly supporting my 75 kg for jump on, pullups, chin-ups

and dead hangs. I won't be dynamic swinging so this is good enough. if not the screws are still in the cupboard.

This bar waste not even withstand 30kg kid no proper lock 🔒 plastic material. Waste of money.

Easy to install and install the grip is just nice for Asian hands.

ys you can install it with screws but none were provided and there were no instructions on how to install with screws. Other pull-up bars like these come with brackets, so I've searched for spare parts online but no luck. I'm pretty disappointed that I can't use it anymore without ruining my doorways.
