Weight and dimensions

The edge angle is 20°. There is a triangle in the packaging for checking this angle on a whetstone. Simply place the blade on the triangle, follow the slant, and maintain this angle while sharpening your knife on the stone.
The Solognac quick sharpener allows you to sharpen your blade very easily without any special technique. Finally, you can also sharpen it with a sharpening gun, with a little practice.
