Your phone WILL fall out. This is very risky to use, my phone fell out of the holder several times while using it and it ended up breaking my phone. Doesnt go well with most phone cases. All it takes is one bump for your phone to fall off. The screw also loosens as you travel.

Absolutely terrible product. Most regretful purchase I have ever made. Costed me my phone

Dangerous! Phones are falling off! I had two different phones installed. The screw was fastened pretty tight, but after several kilometers of riding on an asphalt roads with some bumps here and there both phones jumped out of the cradle on the next bump. I couldn't repair one

- the screen was broken after falling on asphalt at 30km/h. The other one survived but the protection case was broken apart. Three problems with the construction here: 1. The hooks are too short, so if you are using a protection case on your phone, it can be the hooks will be lower than the case edge. 2. Vibration affects the screw and it unlocks the hooks letting your phone go at the next bump, even if initially fastened well. 3. When a phone if not installed, unless the screw is completely in, th whole construction rings and rattles. So I have to screw/unscrew each time I decide to use or not to use the phone during the ride. If still using this mount, add a safety sleeve/cord to your phone and attach it to the cradle not to loose or break your phone.

Solid build quality but risky to use

I did love how stable this mount was, and recommended it to friends for its build quality. However, it has ruined two phones within the past couple of months - it is exceedingly easy to clamp and crush volume buttons on your phone when mounting, and if you run it without a cas

e on your phone as you may have to, it becomes all the more likely that you will destroy the screen when removing it as I sadly discovered.
