The volume of each bag is measured using a standardized method: We fill up the main compartment and pockets with small balls. The balls are then emptied into a graduated container, giving us the equivalent volume in litres.

How is the bag’s volume measured?

We complete laboratory tests to certify fabrics, buckles, straps, foam, and zippers. For fabric, we test resistance to abrasion and tearing, colourfastness under UV light, resistance to washing, waterproofing, etc.
Then a test is conducted on the finished product to replicate the forces the bag will experience over several years to check the strength of the assemblies.
