Too heavy for a modern backpack. Don’t want to offend anyone, but my run-of-the-mill Gregory weighs 1.2kg and costed me 30% less. All those pockets, zippers, tie-ups, etc. cost weight. So does the air frame, and although this might be appealing to some, it cuts down the versat
ility by quite a bit. If you want to use the backpack for travel, it’ll be difficult to fit in the overhead compartment and will severely limit the weight of the stuff you carry. Again, no offence, it seems like a nice product, well done and will no doubt be useful for many people, but not for me.

I was completely clueless about backpacks when I explained my upcoming trip. The Décathlon Team's exceptional assistance played a crucial role in ensuring that my camping experience went off without a hitch.

Used on 3day/2night 40km hike at Cape Chignecto. Everything packed in and out. i.e. tent, tent pad, air mattress, sleeping bag, stove, food, clothes, water filtration system, etc. Approximately 35lbs total weight. Many adjustments on backpack to allow for proper fit. Some shou
lder discomfort at end of each day after hiking many elevation changes. Used suppled rain cover during last 8km in heavy rain and it worked fine.

stunning bag for the price, quality and features are unmatched against a lot of other brands at much higher prices, used for wild camping, heavier than some but the back system is really great, super comfortable

I bought this to follow Hadrians Wall from coast to coast and it was perfect. First of all, I could adjust all the straps so it sat fully on my waist and rode higher up my back how I like it. The waist belt pockets fit my phone and other bits and are large enough, and any bigg
er would be too big. The bottle pockets are good and I prefer the mesh one as smaller bottles can slip out the bottom of the other one so I just put a larger bottle in. The long side zip pockets fit plenty of flatter things eg one side had my lightweight camp chair, and the other side my stash bags eg first aid, clean kit, repair bag, poo kit, etc. The top pockets are huge on the lid so my cook kit and fuel etc. the bottom compartment takes my tent and a few other bits. You can open it up to join the rest of the bag but I like it easy access for my tent. The main compartment is smaller to allow for the curve of the back but to be honest I still love it and the main zip down the front should be on every bag! I don’t use the 3 compression straps inside that compartment as I just tuck things in snug and tight. The main thing is that it is soooo comfortable and was even on 20 mile days. It is so adjustable and well worth the money I paid.
