Easy Fit Is Terrible

I don't think the easy fit concept has been tested very well. I am 5'5'', if I tighten the shoulder straps the bag is moving up and all the weight from my hips is moved to my shoulders. If I manage to move some weight to Hips by lowering the bag, it's wobbly on the top. This c
oncept is from standard size people, not for someone small. The previous separate adjustable shoulder support was good.
