This seemed like the right helmet for me, but… The larger size fits with the insert but is extremely loose without it -> but in a ski tour I may not want my ears covered. Then what? The smaller size doesn’t even go over my head, so something is missing in between. Additi
onally, the Velcro that is left after removing the liner would certainly pull out whatever is left of my hair. YMMV on the sizing.
