I use it for hot yoga and it does help for the grip but my foot still slide sometimes when I do some of the yoga position. Still worth it for the price.

It's so soft and the no slip surface means I don't have to worry about the towel moving around while I'm doing hot yoga. It also really easy to wash. Just throw it in the machine and hang it up to dry. I bought one to see how I liked it, and I'll definitely buy more.
