Been using this backpack everyday commuting for about 2 years. It is very comfortable, lots of storage and have had zero issues in build quality during this time. I live in the PNW and ride in rain mostly, none of my items inside have ever gotten wet. The only thing I think co
uld improve the bag is some reflective material on the outer face, as there are only two small strips on the shoulder straps. Overall very happy and would purchase again.
