If you are planning to buy this shoe for swimming purpose in rough areas like river or small streams where there is rough ground surface than this is absolutely a wrong choice .. better to walk bare foots than wearing this product ..

The product is designed to be used on pool floors or in a swimming pool for aquabiking to prevent injury on the pedals of the bike (unless these pedals are designed to be used barefoot). During Aquabiking classes, you often move from sitting to standing by pushing your foot against the pedal. These shoes will cushion your foot as you press down on the bike pedal. I bought this to go to the pool. A bit hard to slip on and the soles are too thin. Hard to walk in it too. So I'm using this as my garden shoe as I can leave it out even when it's raining. To go to the pool, I prefer water shoes.
