A good bag, ruined by a stupid design design. This is a heavy, but sturdy pannier. The material is tough, the bottom is stiff which is great. The top clips are very clever - they only unlock when the strap is lifted. However, the bottom clip that is *meant* to secure the b

ottom of your pannier to the rack is so poor it defies belief that it survived product testing. It is a plastic tab, attached to nut. The tab slides between your the bottom bars on your rack. The problem is the tab itself and the bolt securing it to the nut is absolutely useless and flies off the minute you hit a bump. I am not talking gravel riding here, a speed bump on a road, or any kind of abrupt transition will do it. You may hear it the first time, but you will soon lose this. The pannier won't fly away due to the ingenious top clip, but every time you hit the slightest bump in the road, you can hear your pannier smacking against your rack - not a great sound when your laptop is in it. Really disappointing. And I should be clear, I gave this product the benefit of the doubt, and lost my clip three times in about 10 15km rides through metro singapore - the third time forever. Buy a cheaper, lighter pannier with a bottom clip that actually works.
