It is important for gymnasts to choose the right ball for their age.
- Gymnasts under age 11 should choose a 165 mm (6.5”) ball. 
- Gymnasts aged 11 and up should choose a 185 mm (7.3”) ball. The official competition size is 185 mm (7.3”).

How to care for your equipment: Wash the ball with a small amount of dish soap and water. Scrub gently with a soft sponge. Rinse well.
Dry with a microfibre cloth to avoid abrasion.
