This bag I bought from store, didn't check during purchase. Once I reached home, I noticed that the strap is sewing the other way round. Discuss with the online customer agent and they only apology for this. Unable to exchange if not buy online. If bought from the store,
have to go back to the store and exchange. The problem is I am not stay in this area.
