I've ordered many products from decalthon and have faced no problems from any of it. When it comes to this product I am uanble to fold the knife back into the sleeve and since its a sharp instrument I am afraid to put too much pressure and fold it back since I might hurt mysel
f. There is no proper reply from the support team(via email) even after requesting to send a video illustration of the same . I cannot return the product as well. Very disappointed.

Nice folding knife. I like its neat size, easy to flip open, materials looks durable, and I also like the belt clip. Quite sharp from factory issued though needs some honing to make it sharper. I like it. Thank you guys.
