The backboard shattered after 2 years while simply shooting baskets. The company claims that the net has to be stored away during winter and poor weather and leaving the net outside voids the warranty -- so an outdoor basketball net that CAN'T be left outdoors. Terrible cust
omer service and the representatives at the store had the audacity of accusing my children of lying about the event. Overall terrible experience

The height is easily adjustable, the metal is fairly strong, and It can be moved but the wheels are quite poor quality. Suitable for only kids. However, the overall experience is horrible. Every time you shoot the whole rim shakes. Even if you shoot the ball with too much p
ower the backboard will just absorb the force and the shot goes in. If you actually play basketball, you will know that this isn’t a good way of practicing. The trade off for a high quality rim for barely being able to move it is not worth it. No wonder they don’t let you try it in the store. Don’t buy this.

The most annoying thing about this model is the post sits directly underneath the hoop. If you play a game you have to mindfully avoid driving straight to the basket. Also, when you make a shot someone has to be underneath the hoop to catch the ball otherwise it will hit the
base and you will have to keep chasing the ball. I will still recommend this product, it has good build quality and kids will enjoy it. I just dont recommend this for competitive games with friends and your elder brother as you can get hurt with the metal post.
