Almost a very good jacket for the money

I have used this jacket 6 or 7 times, a couple of times in very heavy rain. The outer material and hood design are good. I have found the internal lining of the main pockets were wet after use, however I cannot be sure I didnt leave the zips slightly open so reserve judgement
on that. One area I know is weak are the elasticated cuffs. Nice and tight at first but after wearing a few times they have become loose and fairly useless. Fishing for a day in persistent rain both my arms were soaked from water leaking up the sleeves. Note I was fly fishing so constantly casting. If the design of the cuffs was improved this would be a very good jacket for the price. Ultimately I expect a waterproof jacket to be waterproof.
