My 6-year-old son loves it. It's sturdy and reliable, and the construction is well-made compared to other scooters he's tried. We use it everywhere. The hand brake can be a bit squeaky when going fast due to the pad hitting the side wall of the wheel instead of the top or bott
om, but it's fine. I tell my son to use the hand brake for slow speed stops and the foot brake for faster stops.

The scooter is easy to learn to balance and ride by a 5 to 6-year old. Nice colour. It is heavy, can easily hurt if hit by the scooter. Need to always be mindful not to hit other people legs or wall glasses when carrying it. Can easily fall too because the stand is small.
