My 6-year-old son loves it. It's sturdy and reliable, and the construction is well-made compared to other scooters he's tried. We use it everywhere. The hand brake can be a bit squeaky when going fast due to the pad hitting the side wall of the wheel instead of the top or bott
om, but it's fine. I tell my son to use the hand brake for slow speed stops and the foot brake for faster stops.
