It's quite comfy and good seal. 3 sizes are a bit too much both S and M sizes fit my ears. Should sold different sizes separately and include the case.

Due to no instructions with the ear plugs, I was unsure which colour went in which ear (or even if it mattered!.) AIso as I have never worn ear plugs before I wasn't sure how to fit then securely in my ears. There obviously is a knack, which I haven't got. Any suggestions?
