Broke on first use. I bought it last year as I am starting to have pains in my knees when walking or running down the mountains. I used it this month for the first time and last time. I was hiking in the Pyrenees. It folded when I was falling and needed support from that pol
e. And then the metal was so dammaged that it just broke. I was expecting the pole to help keeping my balance. Instead, it just folded like a very bad quality piece of metal. I am lucky it happened after I finished running down. I could have finished in a hospital with broken legs or knee injury. Instead my skin got scratched and I bleeded. That would never have happened with a normal pole. Worse quality ever. Do not use it for trailing, it is dangerous.
