We chose 18/8 (304) stainless steel because it combines food safety and long-term resistance. It does not oxidize and prevents corrosion. It is very resistant and can be used with all types of utensils (including metal).

The choice of materials for our cooksets: a crucial choice:

For the MH100 line, a non-stick coating provides a very simple product that is resistant to all use or washing conditions. No need for questions about how to carry or wash it without damage.

How did we choose the coating for our cooksets?

Polyamide (cutlery and handle), polypropylene (plate), and Tritan (lid) were chosen because of their lightweight and high resistance to heat (at least 100°C), shocks, and deformation.
All our plastics in contact with food are BPA in compliance with current French regulations.
To prevent melting, do not put the plastic in direct contact with a flame.

And now, let us tell you about the plastics in our cookset.

Our cook sets are compatible with all types of burners (wood, gas, induction, etc.). 
The saucepan’s patented two-part folding handle locks the lid during transport.
The lid fits the saucepan, which heats food faster, and also serves as a strainer.
The pattern on the bowl’s bottom limits heat transfer; a hole makes the bowl easy to hold.

How to get the best out of your cookset:

The items are stored inside the cookset. First the bowl, then the cutlery, which clip together. Replace the lid and lock it using the folding handle.
The bowl and cutlery are also sold individually.

How to store your cookset

Before the first use, rinse all the items three times with clean water.
All items are dishwasher safe and, when used outside, they can be washed with soapy water or with water and sand from the river!

How to clean and maintain your cookset

Never heat your saucepans empty as this will deform and damage them.
When using with a wood fire, make sure the plastic parts do not come into direct contact with flames.
Close the handle properly before using the cookset on the fire.

Is there anything you should avoid with your cookset?

All of our products and materials meet current food contact standards and BPA-free in compliance with current French regulations.
