Poor quality, the Chain snapped on third use under hardly any excersion. Customer service arranging pickup return was also poor, charged to return defective product and nearly 3 weeks between starting return and actually collection

Very happy with this bike, it perfectly serves the purpose! The sole point of improvement might be a more cushioned seat, but then it's possible to get the accessory separately for this.
