When the weights are lifted, the pin that is inserted between the weights (which goes into respective holes of a post located in the middle of the weights in vertical position), the tip of the pin gets pulled inside the weights above together with the post and gets stuck betwe

en the weight bars. Getting it out is not a safe operation as you can easily get your fingers trapped.

Best for home work out

An ideal investment for health freaks. A compact equipment for whole body weight training. Adjustable weights give you flexibility and the build quality too is very good.

The home gym is pretty fun to use and is really good in looks but according to my experience of less than just a week the quality/build quality of product seems poor

This does everything it claims to, it is compact and works well in the small room where we have placed it. Easy to build and myself and my 13 year old son were able to do it well within the time, don't bother trying to use the pictures for the pully cables - use the video, it

was a brilliant aid. I have owned this for a few months now and I am slowly beginning to use it regularly. The quick changes between functions makes it perfect for creating a good burn quickly. I just wish it came with a support for preacher curls now.

Overall is excellent product and design but while unboxing or during installation I have seen dent on the product.(dent is from the manufacture only).
