I don't punch hard compared to YouTube videos featuring this reflex bag. The metal pole loosens after 1 or 2 punches. It's possible I purchased a defective product. I would have to tighten the pole after 1 or 2 punches (or 5 pushes). Also, putting sand in this base (with f
unnel) was hell. If customer service is reading this, please advise on how to proceed. Thank you.

Ive been using it to work on my techniques, and yes i like it alot. Is very good to punch and comes back to work on my defence. Side note: put alot of water in the base. May need to keep screwing the bolts and spring because punching will loosen it. But other than that 9/10
