These weights can be used on 28 mm (1”) bars or without a bar, using their ergonomic handle. 
Their rubber coating dampens impacts and keeps them from marking your floors.
The stainless steel collar makes them easy to install on bars.

This rubber weight is compatible with 28 mm (1”) diameter bars:

This weight is not compatible with weightlifting bars with a diameter of 50 mm (2”).

What bar can you use this weight with?

If you plan to use your weights on bars or dumbbells, you’ll need disc collars (ref: 8574652). They are sold as a pair! Note that they can support up to 15 kg (33 lb) of weight in a vertical position.

Disc collars are essential with your weights

These weight training discs are made of cast iron and covered in rubber. Cast iron can rust if exposed to the elements or to moisture, which is why we recommend storing these weights indoors in a dry place. 
If you want to clean your weights, you can use a microfibre cloth. 
And for storage, you can use a specially designed mount (ref: 8796727) or the bottom shelf of a piece of furniture.

How to store your weights to keep them for a long time

Lower-body workout focusing on building muscle mass:
- High barbell squat: 4 x 6-8 reps
- Lunges with bar: 3 x 8-10 reps/side
- Goblet squats: 3 x 10-12 reps
- Romanian deadlifts with bar:  4 x 10 reps
- Leg curls with dumbbells:  3 x 10-12 reps

Start each exercise with the minimum number of reps, and increase by one rep/week until you reach the maximum.
