Warning: Never hold your board with your hands or fingers wrapped in the cord. This can seriously injure your fingers.

Check the board attachment when installing the leash.
Practice removing the leash from your ankle in case of a problem.

Using the leash

Warning: Prolonged exposure to the sun or intense heat can cause the lining to detach. Keep your board in the shade: never leave it inside a vehicle. Regularly tighten the fin with the key provided to keep water out. Put the board in a bag if you need to fasten it to a roof rack. The strap may damage the rail.
