It was quite good and relatively compact for being able to adjust and twist to lock, good adjustable hand wraps though a but tough to unlock which is a good thing. Sometimes I found I didn’t have them tight enough so they compressed on me just two times while walking, which wa
s on me for not locking it stronger (trying to tighten wearing thick gloves). unfortunately one of the two sticks I bought stopped springing in the middle of the first hike I took it on (granted it was 23) (there is a spring mechanism) and the rod inside just stopped going down, going to try returning it since I couldn’t just losen it or apply force to make the rod and spring compress again.

Very good for entry level pole, switchable to suspension or not. Only need to take note that its slightly longer then folding poles, so need a longer bag for check it in for flights travel.

The antishock mechanism reduce the tapping trammers as the hiking stick lands on hard surface and hence reduce the strain on wrist and biceps. It would be even better if it is sold in pairs and with attached rubber stopper for the pointed metal tips. The stopper sold sepa
