Good scooter for my son, but the kickstand easily comes loose & was lost. Contacted online customer service which was appalling and a total waste of my time and were unable to comprehend a replacement part needed to be sent out. In-store staff at Chingford were excellent & ha
d no support online. A staff member & I managed to track down the product code after an hour and placed an order. It's been over 2 months & I'm still waiting for this kickstand to arrive. There is no tracking number which means the store cannot track.
