Good quality dumbbell with the holding rods. Pros: - Good quality holding bars with fine grip. Comfortable grip without hurting (tried 30 mins sessions) - Weight additions are smooth, with fine moving support screw Cons: - Carrying box is very weak, weights pulling the c
ase out and lock don't hold most of the times. - Again weak box, cannot hold the bars; Bars comeout while opening the box; Just need to be careful - Adjust increments of 2 kgs (which they mentioned in the description)! so if you are looking for perfect 5kg, just be aware of it.
