This comes with no instructions. Which bolt do you tighten to make it secure. The picture suggests the bottom one is left loose. I did set it up like this but the rotation undid the top bolt and the punchbag came crashing to the floor. This product is potentially dangerous wit

Hello James! I am very sorry to hear that you are finding our product quite difficult to set up. This information will be passed onto the relevant teams so they can look into this! In terms of setting up the product, we do not provide screws with the hook due to not knowing th
e material or surface it will be drilled into. This is something you can locate at your local hardware store. Once the hook is drilled into the surface you will need to tighten both bolts simultaneously in opposite rotations to secure the hook and tighten for safety.
