1. Before Receiving a Shipping Confirmation If you haven’t received a “shipping confirmation” email, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Generally, orders take 24-48 hours to process before being shipped.
2. Tracking Through Your Decathlon Account Log in to your account on Decathlon.ca. Under the "Purchase History" section, you’ll find a list of your orders. Click the "Track Order" button located on the right-hand side of the order details to track its status.
3. SMS/Email Notifications Once your package is with the transportation company, you’ll receive SMS or email updates as it moves through the network. These notifications will include tracking information for your order.
For In-Store Pick-Up Orders In-store pick-up orders do not have a tracking number. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up at the Decathlon Canada store you selected during checkout.
