Price Adjustment Policy

Customers are entitled to request a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Please ensure that all such requests are submitted within this 14-day window, and note that the lower price must be in effect at the time your request is made.

To qualify for a price adjustment, you'll need to provide your proof of purchase. We'll then credit the price difference back to your original payment method.

** Please be aware that price adjustments are not applicable to purchases made through the Decathlon Pro service. ** Please be aware that price adjustments only apply to the pre-tax price of our products.

We kindly ask you to note that our customer service team is unable to handle price adjustments for items bought in-store. For these, please visit one of our physical locations to submit your request. Conversely, price adjustments for online purchases will not be processed in-store, but are handled exclusively by our customer service team.
