  1. Sponsor. The MAKE TIME FOR SPORTS CONTEST (the "Contest") is sponsored by DECATHLON, a company headquartered at 5781 Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal, Quebec, H1N 2C6 (the "Sponsor").

  2. Eligibility. The Contest is restricted to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (the "Participants"). Employees of the Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, suppliers, Contest administrators and any other party involved in the development, production or distribution of Contest materials, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the Contest. "Immediate family member" refers to parents, brothers, sisters, children and spouses. By entering the Contest, Participants attest that they comply with and agree to be bound by the Contest Rules. The Sponsor will disqualify from the Contest any Participant who fails to comply with these Contest Rules.

  3. Contest Period. The Contest begins on November 20, 2024 at 7:00 a.m. (EST) and ends on November 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) (the "Contest Period"), after which date the Contest will be closed and no further entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to close the contest earlier than the scheduled end date, especially if a sufficient number of entries have been received.

  4. How to Enter. To enter the Contest, Participants must meet the following three cumulative conditions during the Contest Period:

    1. Plan a sports session on November 29, 2024, in one of the eligible sports. To fulfill this condition, the Participant must send an electronic calendar invitation to [email protected];

    2. Follow the instructions in the confirmation email from [email protected] to complete the Contest entry form. The email address provided in the form must be the same as the one used to send the invitation referred to in article 4.1 of the Rules; AND

    3. Correctly answer, without assistance, the mathematical skill test question provided by Sponsor on the Contest entry form referenced in article 4.2 of the Rules.

Limit one (1) entry per member. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The creation of multiple accounts, identities or registrations in the name of a Participant is prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to use variations of the e-mail address by adding additional symbols or characters (for example, using the notation "+" in the e-mail address) to create multiple entries. Entries containing false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular, or that do not comply with any or all of the conditions of the Contest Rules are void.

5. Contest Prize. At the end of the Contest Period, Sponsor will award ten (10) DECATHLON products per eligible sport to the Participants who have completed the three cumulative requirements set forth in article 4 of these Rules the fastest. A total of one hundred (100) DECATHLON products will be awarded. The approximate value of all products to be awarded is five thousand dollars ($5,000), or approximately fifty dollars ($50) per product. If for any reason one or more prizes are not awarded after the end of the Contest Period, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, not to award such prize(s).

6. Odds of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received per eligible sport by the end of the Contest Period and the speed with which a given Participant has fulfilled all the conditions set forth in article 4 of the Contest Rules.

7. Selection of Participants. On December 2, 2024 (the “Selection Date”), at the Sponsor's establishment located at 5781 Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal, Quebec, H1N 2C6, the Sponsor, or an employee, agent or other representative of Sponsor will identify the first ten (10) eligible entries for each eligible sport received during the Contest Period. Each selected Participant will be deemed a winner if he or she meets all of the requirements set forth in the Contest Rules; otherwise, he or she will be disqualified from the Contest. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may request proof of identity or age from a Participant. Failure to provide such proof will result in automatic disqualification. In the event of disqualification of a selected Participant, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to the next Participant who earliest completed the three cumulative requirements set forth in article 4 of the Contest Rules for the applicable eligible sport.

8. Correspondence with Participants. The Sponsor will not enter into any correspondence with any Participant in connection with the Contest, except with the selected Participants following the process set out in article 7 of the Contest Rules.
